Why it asks these questions
The order matters more than the wording. Find out what registered with them before asking how interested they are — someone who has just told you what they liked answers the second question far more honestly than someone asked cold. And when interest is genuinely high, the most useful thing you can do is stop selling and introduce them to someone else.
